Structure and working principle of bridge crane

The overhead traveling crane is mainly composed of a bridge frame, a cart running mechanism, a trolley running mechanism, a hoisting mechanism, and an electrical control system. The bridge frame is its main supporting structure, like an air - borne bridge spanning above the workshop. The cart running mechanism drives the entire bridge frame to move along the longitudinal track of the workshop, and the trolley running mechanism enables the hoisting mechanism on the trolley to move horizontally on the bridge frame. The hoisting mechanism realizes the lifting and lowering of heavy objects through a drum, wire ropes, and a hook. The electrical control system is responsible for controlling the running speed, direction, etc. of each mechanism. The operator can precisely control the crane to lift and transport heavy objects to any position in the workshop by operating buttons in the cab.
